weird, this happened some time ago with W8. Minimizing/maximizing helped
-
So, what should I do?
Have any idea how fix it?
Thanks.
-
I'll try to apply the fix from windows8 to windows7. Lets test it later if it helped

Can you tell me about this? it's Bug or other ?
Indrazulfi.

Looks like you are running out of memory or a graphics card error.

Maybe minimize -> restore VFB..?

Sometimes I have the same problem (for example when I put all the windows down to the taskbar) in Max with the Frame Buffer. It's a bit annoying and I don't really know why is it happening (maybe something on my side - wrong driver, etc.), but the solution is easy, just maximize your window, and everything is running smoothly again :)
-
Happens to me also, like they said, the solution is to double click on the frame buffer windows and it will appear again
-
This is Windows 8 related problem, happens to me too... still not resolved. I usually just minimize and then restore VFB window. You can also try VFB+ plugin. It is very cheap and more than worth it ;)

I decided problem with VBF - uncollapsed modifier stack.
I had a lot of uncollapsed quad chamfer modifier stack о.О

Hi
I just experienced this issue , where i have a see-through frame buffer, Easily resolved by clicking the corner and resizing the window.
I was also wondering if there is any way of reopening the frame buffer while render is still processing other than opening up the render setup, could a Show VBF be added to the main toolbar? Or is there a toolbar i haven't opened?
Thanks
Fallen
Edit: Please be aware my render time was just because i left it on overnight :)

Can everyone experiencing this bug please post their operation system version? E.g. Windows 7 vs. Windows 8
-
I have the problem to on win 7 system (on multiple systems with this video cards: Quadro K4000, GTX 670, GTX 470). I solve the problem by zooming in on the frame. when i am close enough then the problem is solved...
-
Win7 64bit gtx680 same problem
-
This is strange, because I too have Windows 7 64bit and I have never ever experienced this problem.
-
If you have access to daily builds, you can try it in the next one (2014-02-18 or newer), when it gets available
-
Same problem - framebuffer freezes while rendering.
Windows7 64bit, 16GB Ram, i73770k, MAX2014, GTX660 (latest driver)
-
Imac - 27 Windows 8.0
-
Same here, win 8 - 3dsm 2014 - alpha 6 - ati HD3870
Maximize frame buffer windows do the trick.

hopefully fixed
