Post by: Petty on 2018-06-13, 08:55:33
Hello,

Can I ask, how is possible to render panorama picture from Corona?
We need to use the picture for facebook as a 3D pic.
Thank you for your help.

Have a nice day.

Just use a CoronaCamera, align it horizontally and set projection type ("Projection & VR") to "Spherical 360°".

Good Luck

It does but the file needs a special exif description (https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10210219346902065&set=pb.1291616291.-2207520000.1528887190.&type=3&theater). just google it and you'll find videos.

Yep, there are two parts to displaying a VR image - one is rendering it (which is easy, and covered above), the next is added any special data that the viewing application or website needs, which is something you'll have to search for info on the application or website to find out about (as it is not Corona specific, and entirely dependent on what will be used to view it).
