Does Corona for C4D support axonometric views?
-
Not my knowledge but can still be achieved with some blackmagic trickery. You would need to use an extremely long lens and have the camera some distance and height from the subject to get a similar result.
-
Yes, it's supported and works, but not in full, as C4D does.
Use Camera Object > Object > Projection: Parallel (other parallel projections also work directly).
Then set your view accordingly.

NOTE:
Other, special Projections don't work as they should (Military, Frog, Bird, Gentleman, Isometric, Dimetric) some get clipped, some are reversed, Iso gets offset... as if there's some bad transformation - bug in the matrix ;)

No, it's really fucked up. Like staring at a normal map (tan.) for too long. It starts to switch back and forth.
I should stop staring at things.

So I've been playing around with the parallel view but I have encountered one problem.
When I render, I get the lower part of my render cut off. I have my camera set to parallel and don't have enabled neither near or far clipping. I have also set my view clipping setting in the project settings to huge. I don't know what else I might be doing wrong that the render comes out with its lower part cut off. I've pixelated the render due to confidentiality issues. But it gives an idea of the viewport image on the left and the rendered image on the right... The lower half is missing in the rendered image...
A hand would be very much appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Many thanks Burnin for your advice on using the parallel projection. I was actually trying with the other special projections and wasn't getting anything...

Problem solved, found the solution to my problem in this CGSociety thread: http://forums.cgsociety.org/archive/index.php?t-193480.html
