How to use the Folder pass from Multi-Pass passes in order to organize my final render?

The Folder is there to organize things in the Multipass window, so you can collapse them to keep it visually tidy, or turn groupings of passes on and off with one click. It won't affect the output of a saved file (EXR, CXR, etc.) as far as I know :)
