I like the fact that the images are really clean yet they don't lack any detail. The only thing that bothers me is the black boat material and black metal balconies (is it the same material?), they could have some texture to it.

But besides that I'd say great job :)

Where did you find the CAD drawings to model the building from? Looks like a very good representation of the real build.
