I use old physical camera of vray , denoiser, but still noise problem.why it so i cann't understand...plz help

Do you have the "denoising amount" parameter set to 1, or to the default 0,65? It is basically blending between the denoised and non-denoised image, so if it's lower than 1, some noise will be always visible.
Also, the image you posted is the beauty pass, or some other one? Maybe LightMix? You may have to enable denoising for the specific pass you are rendering.

it is a raw render, full denoising with amount-0.65 and radius -1

Are you using lightmix?  If so you could make sure the lightselect elements have ‘denoise this element’ checked.  Just a thought.

The most probably explanation is that the image is just too noisy, so if you apply denoising at 0,65, then some noise still remains. It should however go away if you set denoising amount to 1.
