Just go deeper that main page and you'll find elements like the one from the link below, where you can find icons with names such as 3ds, max, dwg, etc. Choose the format you'd like to get, press button and get it :)

According to the site, you can get entire library: https://dikart.ru/3d-library/ You just have to enter your e-mail there.
