Looking for advice for putting my work into a portfolio.
Any advice at all. Ive never put together a professional portfolio & CV as im still in my first job that i got 4 years ago after leaving university but i keep getting asked to apply for jobs that are a considerable payrise i just dont have the portfolio to send them.
Anything at all will help as i dont know where to start.
Thanks!

My advise:
1) Keep it as simple as possible (e.g. white background, just the images)
2) Look for inspiration online (check out Behance, etc)

Thanks Maru,
Im trying to figure out the best way to show NDA projects. Perhaps behind some sort of password protected page.
Has anyone else got any ideas on this?

Well, if it's under NDA, then it's under NDA. :)
The easiest solution would be probably asking the concerned party/owner about permission to share it. Maybe in lower resolution?

Well its not technically NDA as i havent signed anything but its more an understanding that it doesnt go public facing until the project is complete in the real world.
BUT it isnt technically public if its behind a password

Artstation pro account lets you create portfolios protected with password. I believe Behance has something similar too.

If you have an Adobe subscription you can use their portfolio app (it was previously the behance pro portfolio). Its simple to use , looks good, and can easily be password protected.
