Title: IR: Lock to initial scene (small suggestion)

Often when developing with Cinema 4D , i'm switching between c4d documents , IR corona seems to stop after the first switch, it would be nice if IR locked into the first scene sent to the Frame Buffer so its possible to continue working there.

In the latest version of Corona renderer, this problem was resolved.
