Just updated to 1.7 on all the machines, some seem to be working others come up saying material library was not installed.
Tried re running custom instal with the library ticked, still doesn't work. Any fix?

hi darcTheo, this helped me
Please try the following:
-uninstall Corona from the programs and features list
-go to disk cleanup in Windows, and clear temporary internet files
-open internet explorer and clean browsing cache
-Go to your X:\Users\yournamehere\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\2015 - 64bit\ENU\en-US\plugcfg\
and remove the CoronaRendererMenus.ini file. You may also remove anything else with "Corona" in it if you wish.
-In 3ds Max run customize > customize user interface > menus tab > menus at bottom-left > find Corona and delete it (if it's there)
-Install Corona again
Let me know if that helps or not.
The library is installed into C:\Program Files\Corona\materials

We have this on the helpdesk already: https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/12000037001
More 1.7 stuff to come...

I have the same problem. I tried all the passages descripted before and here (the same): https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/articles/4528221621777-Corona-Material-Library-is-not-installed-correctly-3ds-Max.
I saw during installation material library at the end with a quite long downloading (5.something Gb) anyway I still not have it while before I had it. Any solution? Thanks!

Have you tried installing the material library manually? Here is how to do it: https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/articles/4528215807761

Dear Maru, I will try! Thanks.
Before I would like to exclude more easy ways. I can see MaterialLibrary folder in this path. "C:\Users\Giovanni\AppData\Local\CoronaRenderer"; Should I try to copy (or cut) and paste this folder in the following path: C:\Program Files\Corona? This is the path that is indicated in the support article.
Moreover I have to say that sokme days ago due to a Kernel Power error (41) of Windows I had to reconnect the path of Corona for 3Ds Max as descripted on solution 4 of this article: https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/articles/4526221582993-Corona-is-not-showing-up-as-available-renderer-and-is-not-present-on-the-plugins-list-3ds-Max
Before I updated Windows but I did not followed all the previous solutions (because the n.4 seemed the best). Maybe I could try to use solution n.4 also for this problem with Material Library missing or I could try to re-do starting from solution 1 in the article? Thanks!

Sure, you can try manually copying the files, but I would say downloading a single file, placing it next to the installer, and then running the installer is actually easier. :)

Yeah! I did the offline installation as descripeted and it was fine! Thank you!
