So here are my questions...
If u doing some interior rendering, Especially in Lobby which has some complex and curvy walls.
Do we need to use light portal, How? if not, why? Any difference between using it and not using it at all in this situation?

Here are some ideas.
If there is more than 1 color, then it is possible to place the portal in one place or another (but do not stack one portal behind another!)
If there is "x", then it does not make sense to place portals at all, as there is a lot of diffuse light coming in.
Other than that I can only recommend experimenting. Add a portal, do a quick render, remove a portal, do a quick render, compare.

Thank Maru,
So with curtain wall, we don't really need light portal at all since many diffuse can pass through like a bee swarm.
Never know that light portal could work with the curved surface as well xD, never tried that before.
Still, have another noob question for the first image with curved boundary, Do I need to be like making a perfect fitting geometry to that canopy? or just sth similar just to fit right in?

Perfectly capping would be best.
Similar shape should work too.
