I need to test 1.7 yet, but i haven't read about clipping objects when using corona - ist that something which will make it somewhen soon?

Please just keep in mind that the leftmost column is named "version 3 and further" - there's no guarantee that this feature will actually make it into version 3. All this means is just that we definitely plan to implement this feature sometime in the future. We still haven't even finalized plans for version 2.
