Post by: ondrike on 2013-10-12, 18:05:43
Hi there,

I´ve got problem with AA when render glasses in studio. Doesnt matter if i let it cook 5 min or 5 hours. Still the same. glass material is solid glass, 1,52 IOR

Is there any solution?

Try increase  HCompression in the post rollout.

maybe increasing internal resolution could help.

If increasing highlight compression does not help, then exposure itself is probably way too high, which may not be noticeable in the scene without any diffuse materials, such as this one.

So first, i would increase highlight compression to the maximal value possible.

Then i would keep lowering exposure value until the problem goes away.

If the result happens to be too washed out, i would add some brightness/contrast in post.

problem solved. default max frame buffer just ignored AA.. With build-in buffer everything works, but I had to increte internal res to 4.
