We were asked recently to produce a short animation and VR tour of a one bed apartment. Site is located in Richmond Upon Thames, Surrey.

The VR,  ...........I was asked recently also to produce the same scope.

Thanks Phil - there are quite a few ways of doing the VR works. Check out http://theconstruct.io/ for some ideas

The bird is super annoying... please tell me it was the client`s request :D (idea is okay-ish, its just too much)
The camera movement is also too slow for me and there is not enough variation in it.
It has a nice bright mood but sometimes too bright in a lot of cases.

(dont get mad mate its my biased opinion)
