Title: Object Motion Blur crashes in scene with Displacer deformer

The following scene crashes when trying to render it in Picture Viewer.

- the crash is not always reproducible, so stop the render if it already starts the GI calculation and try to re-start it once more to crash it.
- the crash happens at Preparing geometry phase
- it seems to be related to the Displacer (if I remove or disable it it doesn't crash) / or the Vertex map, maybe?

I successfully fixed the bug. Fix will be available in next daily build.
