Title: 7.4.9 Image texture node problem

When updated to 7.4.9 the image texture node acts strangely. It appears to be endlessly counting upwards for the amount of users. Also, the refresh button has gone missing.

When reinstalling the older version 7.4.8 the issues go away.

The latest version 7.4.13 should fix these issues.
