Not bad, but the first one has got no deep, no 3d contrast, most of all all around the library.
But I like so much the detail one! ;)

Thank you, glad you like it. Materials are realy realy simple, nothing special there. no reflection and glossy maps :)

Hi ondrike......i love your house exteriors..and very realistic grass and plants..if you don't mind ,how you did grass modelling and scattering?..can you please share the settings here for grass and plants materials? and what techniques you used here-sun+sky or Hdri?

And how much time  for rendering and passes .

One thing...
the curtain, it seems heavy for the amount of light coming from there, did you try use Translucency?
