Put together in 5 minutes to see how it copes with millions of faces (the furry thing) and HDRI.
20 passes, 40 minutes for the far one and half the time for the detail.

one of the most reasonable render times i've seen in this gallery so far for such high quality. well done!

I believe he said 40 minutes for the far one and 20 for the detail shot, 5 minutes i believe was the time for him to put the scene together for testing the hair look, is that right Rick?

Can you describe the render settings?
One question: the bar of the render time is difficult to read
