Hi everybody,
I am struggling with 3DsMax crashing almost always while rendering, some times immediately after render start, sometimes after a while... Sometimes it ends with BSoD.
My setup:
AMD Ryzen 7 1800X 3.60 GHz, 32 GB RAM, Windows 10, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050, 3DsMax 2017, Corona 1.7 Daily Build 10 July 2017
Any ideas? Thank you :-)
Minidumps from max and win in attachment.

Please try this solution first and let me know if it helps: https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/12000015667
Also, if you mean DSoD, then Corona cannot cause blue screens. They can be triggered by hardware or driver errors. Is your Ryzen overclocked?
-
Yeah, I followed step 3 - removing these files and it seems to work fine :-) I only had to restart computer after removing, that was not mentioned in the tutorial, but nevermind... And yes, I mean blue screen and I know it is not Corona fault, but I mentioned it just to be sure I have two different issues. The CPU is not overclocked... Maybe - after all possible updates I've done - I have to update BIOS too... Thanks for help, Maru!

I'm having the same problem but I can't log into freshdesk, and I can't create an account to try this alternative. I need a help urgent!!

Also, the article in question is now at https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/articles/4528641358353-Activation-is-required-each-time-I-start-3ds-Max-frequent-crashes-material-editor-issues with Solution A, Step 3 being what resolved it for the original post.
(sorry, had the C4D article there at first :) )

As the article notes though, this is only for Corona 7 and older, you didn't mention which version of Corona you are using, so if it is 8 or newer, then go straight to raising the ticket as romullus mentions.
