Hi all
I know that there are a lot of topics on the Corona DR but I don't find the solution to resolve my problem.
When I want to add a new slave in the DR menu, I click on "from file" and select a "ip-address.txt" where my ip is shown (192.168.1.19), because when I click directly on "search lan" nothing happens.
But when I click on "search lan" the address disappears.
I don't know how to make some other actions (I've read "How to use Distributed Rendering?" on the helpdesk but I've not found any solution.
Could you help me ?
Thanks a lot
Roland

Hi,
you can either add the slaves manually using 'Add' or 'From file' buttons, or you can search the network and add the slaves automatically. If the 'Search LAN' button doesn't work (possibly because of Firewall settings), try to add the slaves manually and start the render.

Hi sevecek
I've tried all the solutions that you propose : add automatically (nothing), search LAN (nothing), add manually (add and write 192.168.1.19) or from file (.txt with 192.168.1.19 address) and still nothing...

Hi,
I'm not sure I understand. "Search LAN" erases previously added slave addresses, so if you add IP addresses manually, start the render and you should be able to connect to DR slaves. Have you tried that?

No I didn't try that... I'm doing it and come back ;-)

Doesn't work... my computer don't find the IP address of the slave (which is ok)...
