Hello everyone , i need to help about creating car lights... i researched many times but i couldnt find any good tutorials about that:( if you guys want to help that would be awesome !

As you would in reality. Get yourself a 3d car with properly done lights at front and back, animate it and shoot a long exposure with motion blur enabled. Or cheat it with splines, or photoshop etc.

thank you for information but i need to learn light materials setups also
