I'm wanting to use the new Corona 1.6 image editor but can't find it. Where does one launch the editor from?
-
I think installer should create shortcut to image editor on your desktop. If not, then you can locate it in your Corona install folder, by default it is C:\Program Files\Corona
-
Thanks! Two minutes after I posted this I found it on the C:\drive. It's weird, on some machines it goes to the desktop on install and on others you have to manually go to it and direct it to the desktop. Thanks again!

Hi, that's strange. Desktop icon for launching the editor should be always created. Which windows version do you use on the affected machines?
-
Hi. It wasn't created on my PC neither. Windows 10 (updated from w7). Had to do it manually.

OK, and can you please send me file C:\Program Files\Corona\CoronaRemove.xml from that machine so I can investigate it more? You can either upload it here, or use our private uplader https://corona-renderer.com/upload/. Thank you.
EDIT: And also what is your localization?
-
Ironman2015 and PROH, could you please send me the file? and what is your Windows localization?

Hi Mike. Sorry for the late reply.
What I wrote previous, was related to the very first daily build with CIE. So to see if this issue was still present, I uninstalled Corona 1.6 (with the official uninstaller) and installed the latest daily build (may 15).
Everything works as expected, including the desktop icon for CIE.
Thanks.

Great! Thank you for your feedback. :-)

Hi,
I've rendered out a sequence of frames and put them into one folder. I've also put the CoronaImageBatch.bat file into the same folder. Opened up the first frame and saved the postprocess and light congfig files into the same folder. Double click on the .bat file to run the batch of remaining files and this window pops up for 5 seconds then disappears and nothing happens. What am I doing wrong.
Thanks for your help!

Network paths are not supported by cmd.exe - it is Windows thing. Either map that path as a network drive, or copy your files to some local folder. ;-)
P.S. posting the same question into several threads is not necessary. For a new topic that is not being discussed elsewhere it is always the best to create a separate thread.
