Title: CoronaSun daylight system
Post by: silomi on 2017-04-24, 20:54:47
Does Corona Renderer have a Daylight System built into CoronaSun?
As with the default Mental Ray system I would like to enter location and time of day to control the azimuth and altitude when rendering lighting studies for archviz.

Corona Renderer 16.0
3ds Max 17.0 SP3 commercial
Windows 10.0.14393 Build 14393

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz
RAM 16 GB
NVIDIA Quadro K620

You can use Max's daylight system with Corona, just make sure to change sunlight to CoronaSun, disable skylight and place CoronaSky into enviroment slot.

Is there a way to set the defaults of the Daylight system?  I'd like to avoid those three extra steps (change sun to CoronaSun, disable skylight, place CoronaSky in environment) as well as setting the default Location every time I create a Daylight system.
