Great images, nice shaders and lighting.
But: Who needs 3 Leg Extension Machines? Also that Benchpress-Construction looks like it would kill the first person to use it.
Also: Does stuff like this really exist? Why is there a kitchen and stuff? Like I get a gym and a cinema as an amenity, but the kitchen, all that lounge space seems just wasteful? Who'd use it

Love the 9th picture between the lamps. Good work :)

Wow, these are fantastic! So light and airy. I particularly like how you've balanced the interior/environment lighting without it being overbearing.
Would be great if you could share more info about your exterior lighting setup, particularly for the 4th image. Tweaked sun/sky or HDRI?
-
your interior decoration and use of colour tones is outstanding. in my opinion its the first thing anyone should notice. top notch material and lighting is expected from your likes. they are all perfect images but the camera work on image 8 and how you've capture all those pendant lights drooling down is my favorite. would like to know your light setup in summary...hdri? sun n sky only tweaked to white in environment?

Very nice and amazing renders. Interior design and interior elements are really nice. choice of furniture is very good. lighting and images brightness look stunning. you did a fantastic job. Congratulations

Amazing work. Were all the images comissioned ? and how long did it take you to make them?
-
Thanks for the comments guys!
All the images were commissioned images for the project except the final kitchen crop - that's just a crop of the main kitchen image with some DOF as an extra for the development's instagram page.
We can't take the credit for interior design, this was from the interior designers, but I'd say 95% of the modelling was custom created for the project so was very time consuming. I think in all this stage of the project was around 6-7 weeks.
The lighting was a mix of HDRi and corona sun/sky with drone photography for reflections and backplates. The 4th image just had the sun turned right down to only cast the light on the floor as a last minute request.
No this doesn't exist, yet. But it will be open in 2020. High-end residential always has amenities with lounge and living spaces for owners to use, it's a huge selling point these days. Everyone skips leg day, so why not force it with 3 leg extension machines ;)

Very pleasing to the eye, well done! DOF in Corona or in post?
-
We had to stick to DOF in post to make sure we didn't run into any timing issues when things got tight at the end of the project.
I'd love to always have in camera DOF so all the reflections and refractions are correct :)
-
Nice clean mood and balanced lighting.
I guess you needed to desaturate your corona sky and hdri a lot right?
Did you use any additional "fill lights" or its just the hdri/corona sky and spots?
Thanks,

Did you use VFB+ for the DOF or some other 3rd party plugin for photoshop?

Superb images - well done.
Which HDRI did you use in the end?

We used Frischluft for the DOF in fusion.

Thanks :)
We have some custom HDRi's that we use so not anything you can get online unfortunately.

But use the plugin frischluft with the pass z depth? It would be very useful to understand how you use in Fusion? Thank you

Yes, just a standard workflow of using a z-depth pass and picking the focal point. Nothing out of the ordinary for that, just making sure you have a nice gradient in the z-depth pass.

To have a good gradient use a very open diaphragm? Fstop type 2 or 1.4?
thank you so much

When using a z-depth element the aperture of your camera makes no difference. You set the z-depth distance in the element tab of the render dialogue, you can tell it to be 1000mm, 10,000mm or 100,000mm (it can be any number). It is determined by the length of your room or however tight you want the z-depth to be. So if your room is 10m long you could tell it to be 10,000mm and it would give you a perfect gradient from white to black over the length of the whole room, if your camera was at one end of the room.
Using your z-depth pass for DOF means not having it render in-camera. As mentioned earlier we did this to save time.

Thanks a lot now i understand :)
i think this plugin offers better results than corona renderer

Rendering in-camera DOF would be preferable for realistic results as your reflections and refractions will never be correctly DOF'd when using the z-depth pass in post.
It all depends on how much time or render power you have :)

It is true, but with the plugin there is a chance to blur at different points without having to relaunch rendering. :)
congratulations again for your work!
