Title: Adjusting Vertical FOV of Camera Projection
Post by: Dippndots on 2017-04-03, 17:33:13
Is it possible to specify the vertical FOV when using the cylindrical or spherical camera projection override in the CoronaCameraMod? Or is there some sort of workaround in conjunction with the physical camera settings?

possible for cylindrical camera (there is spinner for it), not for spherical - it is always full range, wouldnt make much sense to change it IMHO

I couldn't quite figure out what the height spinner equates to on the cylindrical override, can you tell me?

A spinner on the spherical would be handy at least for our use, though i think its probably relatively unique. On occasion we have to camera match 180deg (horizontal fov) panoramic photos, as a result we have to render spherically with a region render on to achieve this. A setting for vertical (and horizontal) FOV would fix that.

it is the height of the image 1 unit from the camera, so value of 1 is 45deg vertical camera, 2 is 90 deg vertical, ...
