Title: Warning if rendering w/ Projection Type & Vignetting is On
Post by: alexyork on 2017-03-14, 11:42:53
I think Corona should warn you when you try to render a spherical/cubic/cyl projection type on your cameramod and have vignetting enabled. Vignetting doesn't work with these projection types but you sometimes don't notice/realise until it's too late...

Does it even make sense to have vignetting enabled for these camera types? Maybe it will just be easier to disable the vignetting controls altogether.

Maybe Corona could just internally disable vignetting when projection is in use, and fire up a warning to that effect, then revert to it enabled again. In other words, don't affect the cameramod at all.

it already disabled vignetting with non-perspective/Ortho views, implemented in 1.6 dailies ;)
