They got the 1st prize.
All images done with 3dsmax + Corona + PS.

Are the last 3 model images 3d as well?

yes, all images are rendered in corona.

It's spectacular!
Some thing I also aim for, even more so than the technicalities is story telling.
Plainly put, artistry. All the renders are alive and people placement so well done.
This is what arch viz is about. well for me at least.
This is my go-to render for the next few weeks :)
