This is actually very nice composition, floor and sink being my favourite. To what extend have you used reference built design and you designed yourself?
On the first picture there is light behind the framed poster that is placed on the table. Do you think enough light would refract through it?

@daniel Thanks. I think the light behind the picture is because I forgot to make the picture have a backing so it must be reflecting some colour there.
I built the whole kitchen without specific reference. I just designed what I liked the look of. I pulled some inspiration from Luigi Roselli - http://luigirosselli.com/residential

The scene is only lit by a HDRI.
All settings are defaults.

yeah.. but anyway that's not a sin because of the clients, I don't know why they loves overcontrast oversaturations renders :D
