Is there a Corona light material? Basically, anything can give of light with the material applied.

Yes there is. It's called CoronaLightMtl :)

There are two ways to make things glow:
-Corona Light mtl
-Corona mtl with self illumination enabled

It is very important to understand the differences between these two, and not use one instead of the other. For more info on this, see:
