Hi,
I'm new to Corona and look forward to trying the new Alpha ( Corona4D-a6-rc4-mac )
Unfortunately I keep getting his error while installing Corona - see screenshot:

Does anyone know what could be causing this error?
Input appreciated.
Kind Regards / Alex

Hi!
RC5 displays the same eror message upon installation.
However Corona installs correctly anyway.
It works well and seems stable. :)

Quite easy to solve that one though :) - Simply restart your Mac and try again. It should work then :)

Hi, would it be possible to connect to your computer remotely (don't be afraid you will see everything what I am doing)? Because I still can't reproduce the installation problem even on my virtual machines with older versions of macOS.

I have had the same error with RC3/RC4. Googled about it since I was pretty sure it's some random error and not Corona related - and tadaaaa found a solution on Apple forums that I should simply restart my machine. I usually don't restart my Mac pretty much ever - so this was my first restart in probably 3 months. After the restart, installation went through without any problems and without the "Installation failed." message.
That's why I said that he should simply try a restart first :) - oh and RC5 installed normally for me.

Sure! How and when can we set this up?
Do I need any special software installed?

PS
I would like to thank NEWSTREAM that he allowed me to connect to his computer to reproduce and fix the bug.
