In RC3 and RC4 when you hide render visibilty about sky with HDRI in diffuse, render start in black, and this sky with render visibility active, every thing run well

I am really sorry, but I don't understand your message. I don't even understand whether it's a bug report or a solution to some problem. Could you post more detailed explanation about what is happening and what you are doing?
