Title: Denoise render elements on by default
Post by: Jpjapers on 2016-11-21, 16:54:48
Im not sure if everyone thinks this would be good. But i certainly would like it if the denoise was set to full denoise by default and was enabled for the Light select render elements by default too. Just a small annoyance when i forget to enable it :)

Don't know about denoise in RE, but denoise state in render setup, can be saved with new feature "save defaults".

+ 1 for "denoise on" as default in RE. This way RE will follow the "master" denoise settings, unless you actively wants it different.

Brilliant thanks for that :) Still would love it in the RE though!

Thanks for the idea! It's sometimes easy for us to miss such quick, but brilliant tutorial ideas!

Then maybe in the same tutorial add a short sequence about adding those frequently requested two buttons to a toolbar: one to show CoronaVfb and another to start Interactive rendering.

Good Luck

I asked around about this, and it seems most people prefer REs to not be denoised by default, so I am closing this down
