Looks great! I think the black levels / contrast are looking really good here.

Awesome renders ! Everything looks well balanced (lighting, mood, materials, contrast...). Can you tell us a little bit more about your vegetation shaders ?

Very very nice work!

Something I find hard to judge / decide myself is when to really crush an image, to "overdo" the blacks a bit to get a particular feeling or contrast, just like the other direction where one can lift the black a tint to make everything lighter.

General great composition! keep it up!

Awesome images indeed!
My first thought was that despite it features this depressive foggy weather (pretty much what we have in Europe right now), the place is so calm and comfortable that it would be nice to spend some time there.

dang that's solid, Great foliage! While tropic plants would be no use to me I'm still curious where your sourced them, or how they were made. Can you drop some knowledge?

-cheers

What trees did you use?  Nice work.

he obviously used evermotion archmodel vol 1 tree collection for corona.  yet hes fine tuning of the shaders makes it very photorealistic i must say.
im curious, Is this all 1.5 vfb at work? No post production?

Surely one of the best renders of the moment (for me).
Nice tone mapping, colours and textures... perfect !

Thanks for the positive comments guys and sorry for the late reply, I have been out of the state for a while.

To answer few of your questions
1.  For the trees, I have used evermotion archmodel vol 1 tree collection for corona as pointed by Yagi and yes I did tweak the shaders to make them look good.
2. lighting is just one hdri , all with dof, glow and volumetrics baked in corona frame buffer.
3. very minimal post, just the usual passes I use (reflection , direct, transulcency, abit of curves, color balance and little glows)
4. some of the assets in the scene I have modelled them myself.
5. Rendered in Corona 1.5.1

Thanks again!

i dont know but may be its just me, whenever i use hdri i never get bad ass results like anything close to this.  is there a specific way you have applied the hdri thats different from the usual inputting it in environment tab? is there some level of tweaking done to your hdri? which Hdri are you using precisely? peters, evermotion, vizpark etc? just curious...if u can, pls show how u handled your Hdri for this project. thanks
