It's great, but there is something wrong with the view outside. It looks like a flat wallpaper. :)

I also have problem with that. Applying the panoramic image to a cilinder works, but there has to be a better solution. Maru, what is the best workflow?

I like a lot about your renders, lights, noise level and models but things that sometimes need more work are carpers and bg's.

Overal really nice work, how do you aproach light?

carpet is only image

I bought a workstation that will not be problems in the future.. ( waiting )

I whant take pictures with  5-7k size with displacment....

BG need better image to match prespective ..

light is plane with material light and some help from envoirment  (only color white)

Hi pmcf1981,

Congratulations for your work, I also bought your scenes :)
Can I ask why you often use plans with applied a light material and not directly use a Corona light? Change anything? the light is more diffused?
thank you so much

How come you went with a plane + material for the exterior light? Is anything mapped onto the plane or is it simply a colour value?

Either way the render looks great!

It's an interesting setup, I don't think I've seen many people use an image (I assume an EXR?) mapped to a light emitting plane outside of a window as their main light source. The results look good though!

What is the image format? Also, did you use portal in the opening?
