Title: Bucker render and time limit
Post by: cecofuli on 2013-08-16, 18:09:04
Hi Ondra,
I wonder if it's possible add the possibility to turn off the rendering in Bucket mode when I have reached a certain time.
Cause, if I render some still in sequence, I don't know, now, how many hours the rendering it will be finish.
Thanks =)

Now when bucket and progressive have the same adaptivity I prefer to keep the bucket renderer simple

I understand your point of view, but this option can add to us more "flexibility" =)

can you add the bucket's frame visible if possible ?

I am relucant to do that, because in the current system it would mean either performance or memory overhead. You can return to progressive rendering, it has almost the same adaptivity now ;)

Ok thanks =) Btu progressive has some bad problem (noise) with mirror+DOF+highlight. I'll show you soon ;-)
