Hi,

is it possible to use right now distributed rendering / teamrender with Corona? If yes then is it possible to combine Corona for C4D for Mac and Windows together?

Team Render is not working / unstable at the moment - work on that is planned for Alpha 7, under Bug Fixes on the road map:

...and there is no dedicated DR solution yet. We have to be patient for a bit more time...
