Title: [feedback] Add new 'Image Filter': 'Closest to Camera'

Please add a new 'Image Filter' type to the system globals: 'Closest to Camera', otherwise known as 'Min' in some renderers.

what is this useful for? I can imagine it being useful for masks, but we already have "disable AA" for that
