Not sure about some things:

-the liquid is very dark
-did you model the glass and liquid like this? (so that the liquid slightly overlaps with the glass) https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/5000515618
-the glass is very thick at the top of the glass in the 2nd render, while it's thin on the one with liquid inside

Regarding caustics - there isn't really any fast way to render good looking caustics yet, but there are some tricks to do it:

Actually I am not looking for some fast way, yesterday I have tried to create pool caustics for 3 hours but I could not get it with the default UHD Cache or Path tracing options. Is it ok or I did something wrong? I turned on caustics in the refraction.

The chamfered edges at the top of the vase look strange in my opinion.
