Really clean and easy to understand. Definitely a good archViz render.
Really awesome play with light, the light streak in the top is an excellent addition.

Personal gripes are... the bin?
If it even is one. Maybe I don't get new design, but the bin does not have a floor. So you drop your trash on the floor? :D

Next is the snow in the window.
You don't get exactly to have context about what it is. I promise some client will think it's dirt or a paper / tape mark. If it is winter and this is snow, show it in the window. If you leave the Window overexposed, like most archviz renders, it lacks context to visually explain what it is.

Lastly, actually a thing that caught me off guard one time:
The tile edges are just a repeat of the tile texture. Usually in real life there is a white "stick" of ceramic / metal or the ceramic rounded edge of the tile, definitely not a tile cutoff. This is a major part in choosing tiles and something that a client, who just concerned himself with tiles will notice.
Ugly reference photos from google. Ref1 (http://st.hzcdn.com/simgs/3c214de901a3c5e6_4-4526/eclectic-bathroom.jpg) Ref2 (http://howtospecialist.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/How-to-tile-around-window7199.jpg)

Otherwise, really great!

Thanks alot for your comment , I'm super glad that you like it and here are the answers for your notes
1- About the bin, i just picked what seems to me to be pleasant to see in the image. Sure they will need one in the bathroom but i join myself to you, the one i put in  there, is useless unless if we put some kind of plastic bag in it .
2- You are absolutely right about the context  add, for me i just chosed to put some confusing thing that you don't realy know what is it but it's there and it matches the lightning mood
Need some more work in there  Thanks for making me notice it
3-Yeaaah, and i was wondering there was some thing missing with the tile and i didn't figure it out

I realy appreciate your comment ,thanks alot you can't imagine how pleasent it was to read
Thanks again
