Can anyone suggest best realistic Skin shader setup with epidermal , subdermal , backscatter maps via CoronaMtl?

I don't think this is really possible yet as Corona does not support any layered skin shader (it is planned though). You could try using translucency and volumetric scattering for this. Or use layered mtl, but keep in mind that SSS effects will be taken from the base material only.
