I think i saw an animation of a similar style...  It was done in Modo AFAIK :)

wow, i've never seen that one, it looks amazing! Is there a final version somewhere?

Lovely style. It is so popular nowadays, that this new "coronish" look definetely helps this piece to be individual and fresh. It makes me feel that corona is suitable even for motion design ). Nice work !
