You can get this shallow depth of field with f1.2 IRL, but in this angle it looks very weird cause majority of your picture is out of focus.
-
Actually you'd need to set your aperture to F16 - F22 to get such deep DOF at this magnification ;] It depends on sensor size of course.
BTW, refraction in that water drop is totally wrong, hence it looks fake. But nice image otherwise.

firstly thanks for your valuable reply this is my first image on fourm. Yes it is f2.2 .i want achieve micro photography effect in corona so i gather some ref images from internet and model and render image accordingly to that ref images in the ref images dof is exactly same as i got in my render so i maintain that .also i want to focus only on water drop and ants rather than other elements in the scene . if u still think its still weird can u give me suggestion to improve my angle i am very happy to try that because my photography skill is very basic.

Romullus, why are you saying that the refraction is wrong? Do you mean the lack of details?
I am not sure if it would be possible for a water drop to stay that spherical. Maybe it could be a little distorted? And some small drops around... :)

Thanks for comment.Yes i agreed to your comment its not looking good i also working on reflection on water drop can u give some tips for that .

Yes u got my point already working on that so wait for updated image.

Now that i look at this, i think i confused reflection for refraction in this render. But in that case reflection shouldn't be that prominent.

Well, water material is very simple:
diffuse - 0
reflection - 1
refraction - 1
IOR - 1,33
ref., refl. glossiness - 0
