Wow what an extensive list. It seems much more than your preview list from a few weeks back. I really can't wait for all this to come to C4D in the very near future. Even things like the hue jitter feature in the corona bitmap loader - im hoping we get that too? With the adaption and denoise feature is that something which can easily be transferred into the C4D version in a near daily? Im assuming all the hard work is in the core? I am working on a animation at the moment and its a real noise fest on the clean walls!

It's just flat out AWESOME!  having used the dailies for a while seeing the small (but very fast) steps that has been taken.  I love how transparent and the speed at which you guys are progressing so far. Keep it up!

Next stop Corona fur? ;)

I can't wait to try this! I've been missing proper render regions for so long, and now we get multiple! Great! Now if only someone could compile Bercon maps to be compatible with max 2017...

I used Vray for some stereo VR work recently, but seems like it's time to renew Corona license for 2016-2017 :)

Congratulation; impressive features!

Congratz on the big 1.4.
At first glans tho the major features aren't working for me lol.
Referring to Region render and denoising.
Denoising is ALWAYS cancled, if you stop render through 3dsmax, and not the Corona VFB.

Logic is: Stop by Corona VFB = finish render with post process
Stop by 3dsMax cancel dialog = Kill switch, stop rendering, no further proccessing.
Also denoise requires at least two passes to work it's magic.

Region render always precalcs GI, for the "Region as refinment brush" feature to work, you may have stopped the region render in the believe, that it was not wroking before finishing UHD precalc.

If this is not the case and region render does not work, post it as a bug in HERE (https://forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php/board,2.0.html) or in Corona's bug tracker (https://corona-renderer.com/bugs/) and devs will jump on it and fix asap, if it turns out to be a bug.

Fixed, thanks.
We actually have professional proofreaders for all languages, so  proof-reading the website is not a problem, but proof-reading the blog and other more frequently updated stuff would be appreciated ;)
Dammit, no more grammar and html nitpick posts from me this time :[

I'm the only one who feels that max runs slower, mostly while working with materials?

Feels good so far . Great work! We are 8 people working at Wingardhs Architects as 3d artists .  We missing lens effects (we would LOVE to see it with Corona render . Dont mention Photoshop please ) and a better way to handle hdri`s like vray hdri wich is much better. Other than that we are more than happy with your render. We used to work with vray all the time but now its all about Corona.

Material editor now is really slower....
There are some reports where updating Windows helped speed up the material editor.
