Besides the Title making the 7 year old in my giggle, this is one of the finest compositions in general I have seen.
Let's pick some nit:
The Sharpening creates the typical white ghosting line artifact around high contrast areas and edges. It gives the plants and the lines of the building a very, what people who don't know CG call, "computery" look. I can't stand the over sharpening in CG images in general. We already have a mathematically perfect representation of geometry and we even use a 2px image filter to make it more realistic by default. Sharpening is completely out of place IMO. [Image 1 & 2]
You were a bit unlucky with the threshold on the Glare and the last light in the row fell just below the Glare threshold, thus the glare is missing in the last light in the Row [Image 3]
The Glass material on the car has a wrong physical property. Normally after a ray hits a glass volume it is being bent twice. Once when entered, once when exited. You either have one jump too few (thin plane as glass without thin property) or one too many (one volume, one not). It bends the light and the road in the glass, this is not physically correct and completely unrealistic. No where in life does car glass act as such a magnifying glass. [Image 4]
The last one is a matter of taste and subjective opinion. We go for a photoreal image and make everything clean and perfect, this is a wrong contrast in my eyes and makes an image feel computery, which is where I feel plugins like this https://www.sigerstudio.eu/shop/plugins-free/sigertexmaps-sigerscratches/ come for me as a necessity. Otherwise, the image gets an unreal feel due to the perfect polished micoscopicly flat surfaces. But this is only a one sided opinion of mine. I know clients expect a perfect image, not a necessarily realistic one. [Image 5]
Other than that, really really impressive
