Title: House in the forest
Post by: Majeranek on 2016-05-04, 15:34:38
Hi.
I wanted to show you my new job. It's my first exterior done with corona.
Waiting for comments ;)

Cheers.

I love the atmosphere. Very calming.
Technically superb, with great attention to detail.
The only thing I would change are curtains - they are all the same + the right side living room on the ground floor - a bit too dark inside.

Looks really nice ! You could complement it with some braver perspective angle to better articulate the architecture. The close-up cameras do have a very cinematic feeling but they are framed little bit oddly and that detracts from a depth.

But the colors, light and mood make it charming.

Lovely work. Particularly like the softness and subtlety to the tones.

Thanks for the comments.

@Juraj_Talcik @Nekrobul: I tried to make different camera angles but the client wanted those shots and it stayed this way.

Lighting is just a simple HDRI, nothing else there.

Love it, Corona at it's best.

Or maybe the artist at his best ?

There were bit too many comments today complimenting the engine for visual quality of the artwork. Corona is great engine, that does what it should but it's not producing the nice projects today in gallery by itself...

If you used HDRi in [insert your other engine of choice] it would look like just like this...

So, you're gonna finally introduce that ultimate button "Make it Perfect"? :]

Isn't this the tooltip for "uninstall 3ds Max" button? ;)

Juraj, that's so true, but I also think that Corona is the perfect engine to make good artists even better. The natural talent of making good shots besides complex settings to achieve those is evaporating and Corona does this job awesomely. Not speaking of these images but as a general rule.
