I upgraded all 4 of my computers and can't activate the license on 2 of them. Other 2 activated fine. I've tried everything - regular activation with email/password, installing license server, manual activation on the website. Nothing works. I'm getting an error "Activation limit was reach for this account". I should have 2 more licenses available, I'm subscribed to 1 workstation + 3 nodes plan.
Is it possible to fix it? I emailed the support yesterday but they stopped answering (probably due to the weekend). I have an intense rendering workload this weekend and loosing two machines really hurts.

How to avoid this problem next time? Do I have to somehow deactivate the license if I'm planning to upgrade the hardware?

it seems you just activated the license on way too many computers lately, so it triggered an automatic block

I purchased FairSaas licence again today, but no activation, no answer from support, no working corona, and no payments on my list of placed orders, my customers are waiting for me and i am waiting for you to do something for 4 days.

I am really sorry for the inconvenience. Can you please tell me what is your name or email address which you used in our support portal, and your email address registered for the purchase? In the end it turned out that there was a small misunderstanding regarding the email addresses used by the person activating Corona and provided by the one who was performing the purchase. The case was smoothly solved over our support portal and email.
If anyone ever experiences similar problems - please keep in mind that the email address typed in the order form when purchasing Corona is later used for confirmation emails and for activation.

Hi, I have an issue where I activate license server on a render node but then when it needs to start rendering i get a message saying that a license could not be found. Can you please check if the same block has been activated. I use corona on a couple of different machines as I work at an office but also at home so this might have cuased an issue.
