Hey Guys-
I am really liking the corona package, but I am running into a slight problem. How can I create a seamless floor and background in the C4D version? Here is what I am trying to achieve-
Thanks for the help- I really appreciate it!

I just mimic what photographers do in real studios by modelling a floor that curves into the wall.

I don't know if there is shadowcatcher material in Corona for C4D yet, but in case it's there, you can use it for your seamless background similary as in this video:

Thanks for the replies! Corona C4D doesn't have a shadowcaster material at this point. I found a lot of tutorials for Max, but I wonder if there was a workaround.
- Maybe a curved backdrop is the way to go right now?

I have been trying to get this look for ages using a curved background and have not succeeded :( we really need the shadow catcher to be implemented in the next release
-
If you have smooth enough curvature on your backplate, then transition between vertical and horizontal parts should be virtually undetectable.

The question here is what you understand by "seamless".
Here is my attempt to recreate the first image. I just used a plan large enough to cover the whole view. :)
I can share the scene if you wish but it's nothing special.

Made one too, for the kicks...

Thanks for this - I would find it very useful to see how you have done this. Please attach c4d if possible :) Thanks!

Here is my scene. Let me know if it works fine as it was made with some devel pre-18 release of C4D. :)
