Title: f10- render setup window slow to open

when you hit F10 to call up your render settings, Max is comparable slow (compared to maya render globals)to open this window. But then Corona is active it's even about 2-3 seconds until the Render-Setup window is popping up-  Is this normal? Is there a reason behind it? I think this is very slow. Do you agree?

Unfortunatelly, it's perfectly normal. It's Autodesk's finest product.

Did you try to ask that question in Area forums?

should do so. MR render setup window takes a similar time to load. Why? I would understand that it takes some time to change the renderer, but just saying: hey, show me that window....

the same was for me with mental ray, but then i install corona or some plugins it start to draw menus faster
