Ok ... my biggest silly question is about displacement!! how to get best displacement?? is the base object's division (or topology) affects the final result?? what is the best base object's division?? quad ? octa? tri?

Best topology for displacement is to have as much equally sized polygons as possible. Other things pretty much doesn't matter.
