Hi,
I need help for making a 180° panorama for a client. I know how can i do for 360 but is it possible to do it at 180 ?

Just use cropping tool. Either directly in VFB (faster rendering) or in post process (more control). Unless you want to change projection too.

Cropping tool with 360 CoronaCameraMod ? I'don't understand very good, sorry.
And Projection type Cylindrical doesn't good for 180 ?

Yes, cropping in 3ds max works well even with 360 panoramas, you just won't have visual representation in viewports.
As for projection, you can choose between spherical or cylindrical in CoronaCamMod - there's no problem, even if you don't need full 360. Only if you need other projection types, like rectilinear, you have to convert to that outside of 3ds max.
